These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) define the terms of purchase and use of products and gift vouchers issued by the Issuer.

The content of the contract concluded between the Issuer and the Buyer is defined—besides applicable legal regulations—by these General Terms and Conditions and any additional information available on www.csokbudapest.hu.

By submitting an order, the Buyer accepts the provisions of these GTC and acknowledges that they form an integral part of the contract concluded between the Issuer and the Buyer, and agrees to data processing as set out in the Privacy Policy.

DEFINITIONS

3.1. Issuer: Patisserie és Más Kft., which produces and sells the product/gift voucher.
3.2. Buyer: The person purchasing the gift voucher/product for themselves or a recipient.
3.3. Recipient: A third party named on the gift voucher who is entitled to use it.
3.4. Voucher Holder: A third party in possession of the gift voucher and entitled to redeem it.
3.5. Gift Voucher: A named, serial-numbered printed or electronic voucher issued by the Issuer, redeemable for food and drink at Csók Bisztró within its validity period and upon prior reservation.
3.6. Gift Voucher Value: The amount stated as the voucher's price/value on the website.
3.7. Voucher Validity: 6 (six) months from the date of issue.
3.8. Service: Dining services at Csók Bisztró redeemable up to the voucher's value.

GIFT VOUCHER USAGE

4.1. The Gift Voucher is a document issued by the Issuer entitling one-time use.
4.2. The serial-numbered Gift Voucher is issued and sold under the name and value chosen by the Buyer.
4.3. It may be redeemed for food and beverages at Csók Bisztró up to the value stated on the voucher.
4.4. The voucher is valid for 6 (six) months from issue; no extensions are possible.
4.5. Unused voucher value is non-refundable.
4.6. Only the Voucher Holder may redeem the voucher. Ownership is not verified by the Issuer or restaurant staff.
4.7. Lost or destroyed printed vouchers will not be reissued, and the purchase price is non-refundable.

ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

5.1. Selecting the denomination: Buyers select the desired voucher by clicking on the appropriate price category.
5.2. Adding to cart: After selecting quantity, the voucher is added to the cart. Additional vouchers can be added before checkout.
5.3. Viewing the cart: Contents can be reviewed, modified, or deleted. After finalizing, click "Proceed to Checkout."
5.4. Entering billing and delivery details: Buyers must provide name, address, email, and phone number.
5.5. Payment: By submitting their data and completing payment, the Buyer finalizes the purchase and agrees to these GTC and the Privacy Policy.
5.6. Confirmation: For electronic vouchers, the voucher is emailed to the Buyer. For postal or personal pickup, only a confirmation is sent.

PAYMENT TERMS

6.1. Payment must be made online via credit card.
6.2. Payments are processed through the secure Barion system. Card data is not accessible by the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. is supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary (license: H-EN-I-1064/2013).

VOUCHER PRICE

The purchase price is equal to the value printed on the voucher and includes VAT. Postal fees are not included.

DELIVERY METHODS

8.1. Delivery takes place after successful online payment.
8.2. For electronic vouchers, delivery is via email in downloadable format, free of charge.
8.3. Printed vouchers may be picked up in person during opening hours.
8.4. Postal delivery is subject to a HUF 1,000 shipping fee added at checkout.

REDEMPTION

9.1. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at Csók Bisztró within the validity period.
9.2. Vouchers may be used with prior reservation and presentation of an undamaged, identifiable voucher.
9.3. The intention to redeem a voucher must be indicated when booking a table.
9.4. Electronic vouchers may be presented in print or digital form.

CANCELLATION

10.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the voucher.
10.2. Withdrawal may also occur between contract conclusion and receipt of the voucher.
10.3. Upon withdrawal, the Issuer and place of redemption will cancel the voucher.
10.4. The Issuer will refund the purchase price within 14 days of notification.
10.5. If the voucher has been redeemed, the contract is considered fulfilled and withdrawal is not possible.

COMPLAINT HANDLING

11.1. Our aim is full customer satisfaction. Complaints may be submitted via email (manager@csokbudapest.hu) or by mail: Patisserie és Más Kft., Andrássy út 112, 1062 Budapest.
11.2. Oral complaints are investigated immediately. If unresolved, a written record will be created and sent by email.
11.3. Written complaints are investigated and responded to within 30 days. Records are stored for five years.
11.4. In case of rejection, consumers may initiate authority or conciliation proceedings.

FINAL PROVISIONS

13.1. The Issuer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC.
13.2. Matters not regulated herein are subject to Hungarian law.
