Orders placed through the Website do not constitute written contracts but are considered legally binding declarations of intent made through conduct. Therefore, contracts concluded electronically between the Customer and Csók Bisztró Gasztronómia Kft. are not considered written contracts, are not recorded by Csók Bisztró, and thus cannot be accessed or reviewed later.
Orders can only be placed electronically through the Website. Orders placed via telephone, email, or mail cannot be fulfilled by Csók Bisztró.
By using the Website, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the provisions of these GTC.
